Buried Treasure

I am back! It has been almost a year since I last blogged. Many reasons come to mind, but I won’t bore anyone with the details. I haven’t written anything either. So this is going to be a rusty new beginning. Amid the work schedule, changing new jobs, becoming grandparents, and the like; Paul and I did get to go on a road trip earlier in the year. We headed northwest, to Monkey Mia. This is heading up the west coast, to Shark Bay, where you get to have a close up encounter with dolphins on the shore. It is completely wonderful. I will post photos attached to my poetry as I go. Β This particular poem I just finished writing is linked to a sea snake I captured on camera, whilst aboard a catamaran, on a wonderful 3 hour wildlife cruise.Β Buried treasures

  1. Aww…this is wonderful, Sharon, what a beauty to return with and your experiences have always made me a little green, but I’m very happy for you, too! πŸ™‚ Lovely poem and great shot! Hugs and it’s good to have you back. Have a great day! xx

    1. HI Lauren, and thank you! It has been hectic here, but good to be back writing again! I feel as though I have been wandering in the desert for an eternity (maybe I should write about it)…. Life gets the better of us at times! Hoping to pick up lost blogging friends along the way! Have a good day my friend! xx πŸ™‚
